Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-7:00 pm
Saturdays and Sundays 10:00-11:30 am
Classes are on a drop-in basis. No need to register.
We start on time! Please arrive early enough to secure a place (at least 5 minutes before start).
Parking is available in the neighbourhood, but give yourself time to find a space. There’s a bike rack in front of the building.
Please note: If you have an injury or chronic condition, come early enough to inform Jane of your situation. She will help you figure out how to take care of it during class.

20 classes $180
No time limit on classes.
